Resource governance and revenue assurance

Identify what has not been declared, and reconcile it against the official registers — for land as for mineral resources.

Administrations rarely hold a current picture of what is being built or extracted on their territory. The gap between what is on the ground and what is on the register translates directly into revenue never collected. We close that gap.

The method

  1. Imagery acquisition — open-source satellite, tasked commercial imagery, or drone campaigns flown at regular intervals.
  2. Change detection between campaigns: new construction, extraction footprints, access infrastructure.
  3. Reconciliation against official registers — land cadastre, mining cadastre, titles and permits in force.
  4. Delivery as case files the administration can act on, integrated with its existing systems.

Access to the file

Resource governance and revenue assurance

Detailed documentation is released once a non-disclosure agreement is signed and the compliance file is cleared for the requesting institution.

  1. Initial contact and qualification of the request.
  2. Signature of the non-disclosure agreement.
  3. Compliance verification (KYC) and institutional mandate.
  4. Release of the procedure and documentation.
