Contact: contact form
Data collected
Contact and enquiry forms. Depending on the form: name, position, organisation, country, e-mail address, telephone, and the details describing your enquiry (sector, module, volumes, ports, timing, message). The forms do not collect identity documents or files: please do not attach any.
Technical data. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, date, page requested and browser used, for security and troubleshooting. To limit abusive submissions, an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address is used for one hour.
No cookies, no analytics. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your message or enquiry and assessing whether we can take it forward — based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse — based on our legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
Information entered in a form is sent by e-mail to our internal mailbox and is accessible only to the people at Conga Capital International SARL who handle your enquiry. It is never sold or transferred. We use:
- our hosting provider — website hosting (United States);
- Proton AG — e-mail (Switzerland);
- Google LLC — fonts (Google Fonts): your browser downloads them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address in the process.
Transfers outside Côte d’Ivoire
Because of these providers, your data may be processed in the United States and in Switzerland. These transfers are limited to what is needed to run the website and handle your enquiry.
Retention
- Form content is not kept on the website’s server: it is sent by e-mail and then discarded. Exceptionally, if sending fails, it is held on the server only until it can be delivered.
- E-mails received are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and the applicable statutory periods.
- Server technical logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
Under Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and erase data concerning you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use our contact form.
You may also contact the Autorité de Régulation des Télécommunications/TIC de Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI), the personal data protection authority — www.artci.ci.
